Undefeated and lazy

Massive amounts of coffee for brekky, Green Tea Mochi ice Cream, Ramen Noodles for lunch, court show TV marathon for the duration of the afternoon, along with some reading, some writing, music, and some Pier Paolo Pasolini

This is how I’ve chosen to spend my day off, rather than grapple with the stifling humidity outside. It’s business as usual. I lost myself for a second. When this happens, I always find myself trying to catch my second wind, in some corner with my eyes squeezed tightly shut, taking deep inhalations of breath and then exhaling heavily. I usually roll my eyes, put my hands on my hips, and scold myself for shrinking like a violet sans sun and water, rather than shadow boxing, ducking, weaving, and at least attempting to land a blow or two of my own. Can’t stay undefeated this way.

I’m about to go get some more mochi ice cream.

Paolo Pasolini! Love that man. Director of the sickest movie I've even seen! "Salo: 120 Days of Sodom". Smart man ended.

You write so beautifully. I'm too country and Texan to write so well. Are those your beautiful lips at the top of the blog?

Fabulous as always.

And the ice cream? I wallow in envy. I've got to lose all this weight. Blech.

I shall live vicariously through you for now.
