Feast for One

Part One:
Salmon split down the middle, stuffed with chopped garlic, sprinkled with ground peppercorns, sea salt, cajun pepper, lemon pepper and bay leaves, and grilled with finely chopped vidalia onions. Served with delectable salad greens, beets, and baby portabellos.
Part II:
The salad gets its close-up
Part III:
Plated in-tandem with the grilled salmon.
Part IV: I'm moderately full, however I'm not bloated or lethargic, but I yawn from the sheer pleasure of a great meal.
Part V: I'm sated, and so I lounge lazily...
The End.

@Shell: It doesn't take much to make me hungry. Sometimes I just cannot take the Food Network. It's too pleasurably painful. Particularly when one of those chocolate or dessert specials come on.

@alosha: I love working with salmon. I like to grill the skin side, until it's crispy. I usually slit the salmon down the middle and then stuff it with chopped garlic. When you grill it flesh side down, with the garlic down the slit... it's soooo flavorful and yummy! I like working with tilapia as well.
And ohhhh on the sushi. There's this relatively new Asian bistro up the street from me, called Feng:

and the tuna maki is delectable!
