Merry Easter... or something

Merry Easter to you and yours. Here's hoping that you all eat a lot of those chocolate Cadbury creme filled eggs (without becoming afflicted with mud butt), you excel at the ubiquitous Easter egg hunt, you have a great yummy easter feast, and that you don't have to vacuum up buttloads of that fake, plastic grass they stuff easter baskets with, to compensate for lack of candy. Cheers!

I didn't do anything for Easter this year - didn't even go to my mom's (she lives an hour away, so I wasn't just being rude or anything LOL)

BUT I HAVE been hitting the store for reduced Easter chocolate - SCORE!

LOLOLOL

PS - Donie Darko bunny - sweet ;)

Hope you had a Happy Easter. Mine consisted of the in-laws and Valium. And food that, ironically, gave me mud butt.

P.S. Love the Donnie Darko reference!

Happy Easter!

For Easter, I took my mom to Walmart (don't ask), then made some lemon butter tilapia, she made potato salad puerto rican style, and I made a light baby lettuce and carrots salad. We watched movies all night. Fun.

Here's hoping yours was great!

@Obi: hahahaha. Mud butt is in fact, a disgusting and distressing affliction. Luckily I didn't get any this Easter. Despite all the food and cookies I ate.

@Jenner: I hit up the drug store for some reduced Easter treats, and was met with a bunch of slim pickings! I HATE when vultures take up all the good holiday candy, when it goes on sale! It's like they hit the damn drugstore SECONDS after the candy and chocolate goes on sale!!! What the EFF?

@Jennifer/Kermit: mmmm Valium. What the eff did the inlaws MAKE that gave you the slip slopping doo doos??

@Amadeo: tee hee. ;-)

@Prico: I LOVE tilapia!! Damn that spread sounds DEELISH! What movies did you and mom watch?

Hi Coffee, thanks for stopping by my blog. It looks difficult but putting the chicken together is a breeze. And it is as good as it reads.

By the way, would you mind if I added your site on my blog? You are welcome to do the same.

HAPPY WEDNESDAY

LOL What did they make? The usual stuff, but my stomach (and butt) is not immune to their cooking. Never has been. (???!!!) I usually eat before, but had no time. The Valium was a lifesaver though! I smiled. For once.

"slip slopping doo doos"... Have to remember that one. LOL
